Throughout Bob Cameron's 20+ year career in the healthcare industry, he has assisted more than 200 organizations with their strategic planning and business advisory needs. He has worked with many of the nation’s leading hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, public health agencies, and health plans.

For the last five years Bob has focused on helping his clients successfully navigate the transition from “fee for service” to “value based” payment models. Along the way, he has designed and implemented innovative and effective strategies including:

• Affordably building a care model that has demonstrable value to payers

• Identifying high value direct employer initiatives

• Using care management to drive outpatient pharmacy profits

• Effectively using M&A to consolidate markets and secure leadership positions

Prior to joining Progressive Healthcare, Bob worked as a Director of Healthcare Practice at LECG. He previously held an executive position with Ernst & Young’s healthcare consulting practice, and also worked with the Tiber Group and the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association.

Bob received his Master’s in Business Administration from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and English from the University of Pennsylvania.
